Payments
Deposit for your trip is due 10 days after you reserve your place.
Final payment is due 45 days before the start of the trip, unless otherwise noted.

Meals
Breakfast is provided at the hotels, unless otherwise noted.
Included meals will the noted.  All other meals are your responsibility.

Luggage
You are allowed 1 large piece of luggage, not to exceed 35 lbs, and one carry-on, to fit in the overhead compartment - per person.

Travel Insurance
To ensure unforeseen circumstances do not negatively impact your trip, we strongly encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance from a reputable third party.

Animals
No animals are allowed on the motorcoach.

Cancellations
Reservations canceled prior to 45 days before the trip:

• Deposits and other payments made before this date will be refunded.

Reservations canceled within 45 days, but more than 15 days, of the trip:

• Your payments may or may not be refunded.  This varies depending on the terms of individual hotels, tickets, etc.

• If your cancellation jeopardizes travel/hotel/etc. arrangements which might impact other travelers, then no refunds will be made.

• If your cancellation only impacts costs related to you, then we will attempt to refund any portion of payment that has not already spent/committed to a trip vendor (minus the deposit).

Reservations canceled within 15 days of the trip will not be refunded.

We strongly suggest you obtain third party Travel Insurance to protect your payments in case of unforeseen circumstances.
